Recruitment Process

Our company's human resource needs are determined in line with the goals of our organizations, and in the recruitment process, we aim to employ innovative and adaptable candidates who align with DERELİ's corporate culture.

  • Candidates suitable for the position are invited for an interview from the Dereli Fren candidate database.
  • An initial interview is conducted by the Human Resources Department with the invited candidates. If necessary, technical assessments and/or a foreign language test are administered, and candidates undergo a medical examination by the workplace physician.
  • A reference check is conducted for suitable candidates.
  • Based on the department manager's evaluation, job offers are made to selected candidates, concluding the recruitment process.
  • Candidates who are not selected are retained in the database, and they are always provided with feedback.
  • New employees undergo orientation and occupational health and safety (OHS) training to ensure smooth adaptation.
